And no, I'm not buying them from horribly overpriced Crutchfield, I'm gonna be buying them at a Best Buy opening up near me, where I'm gonna be working. Are those good choices, though? I have 4 Alpine 6 1/2s in my car already, if that makes a difference......

How would I hook up......say, a PS2 to the deck?

I think you would need to do 2 things

1. hopefully the deck will have a set of inputs for an auxillary video source, so just hook the ps2 av cables to those inputs

2. you will need to get some sort of power converter to power the ps2, I think you can run one off of your amp, but I'm not sure

this is one subject I don't have a lot of info on

if you're looking for more info I would try searching the forums at termpro.com, they have been helpful to me in the past
