my family and I went to our friends house and we had a turkey, a leg of lamb, mashed potatoes, yams, corn, steamed vegetables, meat/cheese/ cracker plate, stuffing, biscuits, pork n' beans, and literally about a dozen various pies. the family that we traditionally dine with goes all out on the holidays, we brought the lamb, the rest was on them, God was it good.

yeah, i love thanksgiving day! my family makes KILLER food, and soooo much of it. we had turkey, gravy, ham, stuffing (from inside turkey), stufffing (not from turkey), sweet potatoes, green bean casserole (mmmmm), mac & cheese, some other kinda casserole i didnt eat, rolls, homemade bread, cranberry jelly/jello stuff (yuck), corn, a tray of 4 differnt cracker assortments with 3 dips (shrimp, artichoke, and brei (sp?)).

and for dessert, apple pie, blueberry pie, cherry pie, pumpkin pie, lemon mirange (sp?) pie, butter pecan pie, pumpkin cheesecake, rice crispy treats, chocolates, and eggnog.

this year only about half my family came, so there was only like 20 of us, lol. and my grandma usually makes 7 pies just HERSELF, not including what others make. ALL the food is completely homemade, no store bought crap! AHHH, I love thanksgiving!!!

Well I had to go to 3 different places. My fiances house, my moms house and my uncks house. I ate so much I feel like that girl in willy wonka and the chocolate factory, the one who turns blue. Here is some stuff that was there.

Mashpatatoes,corn,turkey,biscuits,greenbean casorel,yams,deviled eggs,kabalsi(sp),gravy with mushrooms in it,salads of all types,broccali casoel,pumpkin pies,apple pies,pecan pies,chocolate moose pies, ice cream of all types, lattees and some others I cant remember at this moment. ALL I know is I am full!
