HITF did u managed that?!?!?Here are some easy steps that made me lose 60 lbs. in less then a year.1.Don't eat anything after 7:00 pm2.Drink more water
3.Cut down on the amount of sweet intake
4.Small Exercises like push ups, sit ups, curls, and jogging.
If you follow these steps you should have no problem dropping the pounds.
