I wish they would sell deer jerky. I like it quite a bit. If you can make it, I will buy some.

i only had it once, didnt really care for it, it had a good flavor, but to much fat/grissel...it was in sausage.....

I still prefer filet to deer steak, but its not bad

From what this guy told me, deer has nearly no fat and they add it so the hamburgers/sausages will stick together. I am not sure how correct he is though.

thats what i thought, maybe it was deer/pork sausage....im not sure
