im sure people have done what hes done and continued selling. he just makes his situations open to the public and gets bashed for it. i know ive waited a week to ship something out or so, and made up excuses, and i have great feedback. i didnt make the situation public though. but i do keep a little better communication. but some people just have bad luck.

That's still bad selling. You shouldn't make up excuses. Be honest with the buyer and ship things out when you say that you will.
