I recently ordered a clarion dxz745 cd player from here. I placed the order on the 17th and by the 22nd I couldn't figure out why it hadn't shipped. I called and called again and finally got an answer that it was out of stock. An email or a call about this would have been nice, anyway. So I order another model and asked them to ship it out that day on Wed the 23rd. Well 2 days later they still haven't charged my cc and when I call no answer. This is by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had online and will never do business with them again. Imo a horrible way to do business.

sorry to hear about your bad experience with ikesound but i was actually just about to post a thread about how good my service with ikesound was i ordered an alpine 12'' r and as soon as the paypal cleared they shipped it. it shipped mon. and i just got it today i figured with the holdidays it would take longer. i have heard remarks regarding ikesound both good and bad so i guess i'm one of the lucky ones

I have had the same excat thing happen to me almost. They shipped my subs I ordered. When I got them they were the wrong model completley. So called them and sent them back, waited about 2 weeks and nothing. So I called and they said the product I ordered was on back order for 3 weeks. I was like wtf didnt you call me or email me about this. So I cancelled on them and paid the extra money at a local shop. I just dont trust ikesound anymore. Other stores may be good though.

yeah I called and left a message to cancel my order and stoped my credit card momentarily so they can't charge it. Off to find another cd player for my truck.

That's the problem with those internet car audio ***** houses...they put the shit up on their site, you order it and then like a week later they figure out that they don't have any...freaking weak inventory tracking...basTARDS!! Hope you get it though...nice deck, nice price, nice choice

from what i read up on this forum, ikesound.com arent well organized. because of that, people are waiting on them for last moments of how the item is sold out/out of stock/etc. it would be much easier if they hired someone better or more people to keep themselves and their customers updated. but maybe they just dont give a rats @ss?

Yes, they are horrible, they didnt have Orion 2500D's in stock when i ordered one but they were fast enough to cash my money.

I have ordered 2 or 3 times off of ikesound.com and I have had no problems at all. Got all products in 3-5 days.

Normally I don't have a problem waiting it's just that I also plow in my truck so getting a nice cd player in there is important. Listening to the radio for 5 hours at 3am gets old. But I ordered a 845mc so hope that works good from sounddomain which has great cs and ships fast.
