directed 1500D and 1100D

both worked awsome, sold them both after a few months of use, dont knwo to much about the customer service, i never had a problem, shipping is usually less than a week

i bought a directed audio 750D (refurbished) from them and it came within a week. i've had two good transactions with them.

my first order was a 1100.5 and it lasted a few weeks and i sent it back and took them a few months to send me an orion 600d...I had to get the BBB to email them

I was sent a POS amp that was blown within the week, and it was NOT new like it claimed.

Scratches on the bottom, looks like smoke damage on the sides, sticker residue on the bottom, and a strand of wire in the ground terminal. The wire could just be QC testing, but there's no possible reason for anything else.

Emailed dustin, sent it back, it should be at ikesound now and I should be getting a refund. Must say I'll never order through them again unless they really change their ways.

Purchased an 1100.5 Viper about 6 or so months ago. I've been using it on my home theatre system without a single problem since.

Before I get blamed for having blown the amp by misuse, It was obviously a piece of //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/up2something.gif.dd110ecf3ae4b76050d87598f2f8de7c.gif when I got it and I have pictures of it out of the box to prove it. It's not my setup either, I plugged a 1200d in from HCCAfan and it has worked flawlessly, and still is.

I order a 1200.1 viper reburb came in a week works fine.. I just order xenon comps it took 2 weeks for them to arrive but so far i have no problems with them and probably going to order from them again.

Customer service is for shit and they sent my the wrong model woofers. I sent them back and they were out of stock for the ones I purchased in the first place. Besides that they are good on prices but they charge for shipping, so take that into consideration as well. I have heard some decent things on there refurbs though. Good luck!
