My guess would be $400-450k

Here in MA those would be $650-850ish depending on the area.

bought 1 year ago, .44 acre on the golf

course, gated 3200sq ft 3 car garage.

Built 2003 everything downstairs except

the media room (1 1/2 story). Granite and

steel kitchen. They got a community water

park with giant slides too. The last picture

of the $369k house shows the waterpark.

I paid $260k.

It was the cheapest house on the street though.

maintenance fees are $50 including the water park. The golf course is

public and cheap. Taxes are 2.9% ftl. Maintenace is $50 more behind the gate.

The $230k and $270k houses are pretty reasonable, on the golf course too.
