mcsoul 10+ year member such is life 4,716 0 dfw Sep 15, 2008 #37 bought 1 year ago, .44 acre on the golf course, gated 3200sq ft 3 car garage. Built 2003 everything downstairs except the media room (1 1/2 story). Granite and steel kitchen. They got a community water park with giant slides too. The last picture of the $369k house shows the waterpark. I paid $260k. It was the cheapest house on the street though. Here's what's available now on my street, both much bigger than mine: http://www.dallashomesforview.com/quicksearch.asp?providerid=26&userid=18549&mode=143&txtAddress=broadmoor&txtCity=75089&lstState=TX&txtMLSID=&lstPropertyType=0&lstMinPrice=0&lstMaxPrice=100000000&lstMinBeds=0&lstMinBath=0&lstSort=low&btnAddress.x=17&btnAddress.y=3 Here are some more in the same development, just not the gated part: http://www.dallashomesforview.com/quicksearch.asp?providerid=26&userid=18549&mode=143&txtAddress=waterview&txtCity=75089&lstState=TX&txtMLSID=&lstPropertyType=0&lstMinPrice=0&lstMaxPrice=100000000&lstMinBeds=0&lstMinBath=0&lstSort=low&btnAddress.x=0&btnAddress.y=0 maintenance fees are $50 including the water park. The golf course is public and cheap. Taxes are 2.9% ftl. Maintenace is $50 more behind the gate. The $230k and $270k houses are pretty reasonable, on the golf course too. The addresses link to google satellite view. Just PM me when your about to move.
