If you were running a pair of 10's, what would YOU choose?

I am beginning a new project, and I am slowly starting to piece together some system stuff. Right now. I have thoughts of running an eclipse avn6610, a pair of a6 DLS amps, an a4, powering a set of rainbow germaniums. Ill probably throw a set of coax in the back as there is a spot for a 6x9, why leave it empty? lol. This is going in an 02 blazer, 2 door. I want to run a pair of 10s, one off of each a6 amplifier. Something thatll handle the power and still sound good. I COULD run 12's but I have never ran a pair of 10's I think itll be fun getting loud, with 10s, give a little more of the "wow" factor. The power supply will be upgraded, I am thinking an excessive amperage alternator, 0 gauge wiring broken into 4 gauge at the amps. The details are irrelevant really. What matters is this:

I need two subs, I will be running two amps (preferably the DLS A6) so its right at about 1200 watts at 1 ohm. What would you run?

well thanks guys, that will be a consideration. you know, realistically I should just buy another 10" FI ssd, as I already have one sitting in my closet lol...

This is by no means the best price for these subshttp://www.xtremebassaudio.com/store/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=17 ...but I would venture out and put them on an sundown 1500d or any amp that produced between 1000 and 1500 watts. These are MA Audio subs not Mobile Authority Audio like some people believe. They can produce some crazy lows with decent output. You can find them for cheap, just have to look. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif MA audio ftw.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif

But you want to put 1200 plus on each one ,,,,that would most likely kill those for daily.

Too bad they dont make a 10" version of their HK12X2,,,That would be tha bee's knees and the duck's nuts right there...

Seriously though they are good speakers.

Aaron dont forget the BM 10 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
It is a good option, but I am not confident about running that much power to it. I would rather Nick or Jacob (both who know and love the BM 10) to answer it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
