okay thanks well i got one free so i will try it out , i just put the dmm on it and it is sitting at 15.80 volts now to see how it holds up to some abuse.

What? 15.80 volts? Do NOT use that one!

i just retested it it reads 14.76 i did it 3 times the highest was 14.83
