Out of those 2, the SA8. Please do not overlook the TC-sounds epic at $150:

TC Sounds Epic 8" DVC Subwoofer

It has a much lower Fs and a little extra excursion. These things get down and sound really good.

I've only owned TC before. I know people love both sundown and TC.
