what would ya'll do with an idmax12 in a Ford Explorer?

sealed it up or sub up- port back??

Seal it in a box that is big enough to bring the Q below .5, which will make it critically damped and it will preform similarly to infinite baffle...

I've tried ported with a 12" IDMAX and it gets louder than I need it to be, but because of high freq. tuning I've taken away from its SQ (box was 2 cubes @ 35Hz). I"m going to try and put it in a sealed box (1.1 to 1.3cubes, ID spec) and see how it sounds.

yeah, if i went ported i plan on tuning it at 28hz maybe 2.6cuft
