IDMAX ?good?

i am going to get 2 idmax 12's because i founds them cheap and i was wondering should i get the 2ohm or 4ohm version i have i earthquake PHD2 shredder amp.

if i get the 2 ohm version wont it put a 0.5 ohm load on the amp because there are 2 subbs wired into 1 ohm so wont it go down half for by the way i wire the subbs then half again because there are two i dont know and knowone i ask knows thank you very much for any assistance //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/banghead.gif.8606515f668c74f6de0281deb475b6fd.gif
