ideas on $%#!@Y carpet

Hello,

I have a tahoe. The rear hatch area carpet is stained and looks bad. can I recarpet it or is there anything that will cover that? I have nice sub and box back there but the carpet is unbearable. Can I throw new carpet down over the old?

Have a pro clean it. They will take it out shampoo and pressure wash it.

yeah pro detailer 2 shampoo.. r ucan cover it with a custom embroidered matt..
