I was just thinking about the classifieds after seeing a thread with a new person, and all the posts they have made were just in that thread. I think there should be some type of fee for people with less than so many posts, 'cause the classifieds are the only thing that keep this thing going most of the time. With a fee, either people won't post anything for sale here, or we'd actually get people that contribute to the knowledge and sharing of knowledge, instead of just coming here to post things for sale, and will only be here for their own benefits. What do YOU think?

Its hard to disagree with this. The idea of people coming and ONLY using the site for advertisement posting purposes seems low. I mean, if they dont contribute to helping people or anything. I can see your point. But charging a fee to use it just wont fly, they could easily find a car audio place to post that is free...However:

Why not make a post number requirement before your able to access the ads section...pay or not?

I'm not saying a fee for everyone, just people with say less than 500 post, within like the past year would have to pay a fee.

on another forum im on they require you to send a message to the admin with a reason you want access to the classafieds. you also have to have your full name, age, location in your profile and you have to have to give your address and phone number to the admin when you ask for access to the classafieds. but i dont think our admin would care too much for that.

id vote for a certain amount of post counts to post in the forsale section... i dont mind newbies posting there shit for sale, as long as they have refs.
