I think it'll be loud, of course //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

The AudioQue HD's are similar but not the same. The Audioque motor is different than the motor found on the DD subwoofers. They have comparable motor strengths, and they use the same magnent slugs, but they are a completely different design, other than that.

Also, Audioque doesn't have near as many voice coil configurations as DD. You can only get the Audioque's in dual 1.5's, dual 2's, or dual 4's. No exceptions. If you can't make that work, Audioque will tell you to call DD. I think their more equivilant to the 3500 series but a tad bit better but the DD's can be better b/c they can take alot more power than whats rated. Hope this helps ya!

Also, I am pretty sure that Audioque only handles U.S. domestic orders. So if you are not from the U.S., I am pretty sure you have to stick with the DD's. You might check with AQ, if you are really interested, but that is what I was told.

that would be pretty badass for an SPL vehicle. i dont think its legal for all forms of competition, im not good on those rules, someone will fill in the details

i just want it for personal uses lol they have lil comps around here that dont care if half your cars there so it'll work for here pick up some topheys pretty easily, i just want somethin to ound in a standard cab without cutting my cab

In my 03 Reg cab f-150 I have 2 DD 3510's and a Power Acoustik a3000db. Ive got a 3 cu. ft ported box and the seats had to be moved forward a little bit but its still comfortable. Sounds really good and deep and these DD's can take whatever you throw at them and some! If i were you i would just move the seats up and make a big, long ported box and throw 2 HD 10's in there and call it a day. It will def. hit hard enough for you inside. Trust me!

I've also thought about taking out my passanger seat and building a box for SPL purposes only. I just went to a competition here in fort smith (it was a big joke, trust me) and no one hit anything good...highest score was a 153 I think and I think it was the old AC mic. I hit a 143.9 with an eclipse Ti 12" in the wrong box, with only 300 watts(box was built for my RE 2^3net tuned at 33hz) and a guy with 6 12's hit a 145....LOL.

If you do this project let me know how it goes, I'd like to get some ideas ^_^....
