IDatalink RR alternatives

Is the IDATALINK RR the go to option for installing an aftermarket head unit and still have steering wheel controls
or are there options at a lower cost that will also work

I do not plan on keeping the factory radio system in any way.

I will be using a 4 channel amp and a sub amp running new RCA cables and speaker wires to the doors
