Just got them installed, and crossed them at 80hz with a 12db slope for the low end and 2,000 for the high end....holy shit. These aren't even "broken in" yet and they SLAM, midbass is so strong/tight you can feel it in your chest, and all three of my mirrors move. My doors are covered inside and out with Damplifier/Pro and partially sealed...
I have the gain set where I had my Dayton RS180's (except they were crossed at 80hz with 18db slope), and the OEM's are just soaking up the power like it's nothing (125 rms to each mid). I can get so much volume out of them, something that couldn't be said with the Daytons all the time.
Holy crap. I thought my Daytons hit hard, but there is absolutely NO comparison.
