Arc Kar series.

Going by what he says, it sounds like it might be a Kar 900.1....but I would highly doubt it at that price (unless you're just really lucky).

Is it a mono or two channel (or four channel) ?

Looks like ish in the pic... like water damaged or something. Maybe it's just the pic, but maybe not.
