Icon 12 vs Q 12 durability

Whats up...I've been going back and forth between these two subs for about 2 weeks now, can't seem to make up my mind so I need some help. Seems that they are pretty much the same as far as sq and rms handling goes, so I was wondering which one is more durable and will last longer.

I don't have an amp for them yet but it's probably going to be the AQ1200d and they will be running in a sealed box to specs.

Also, will one sealed sub get loud enough in a trunk car (grand am) without the seats folded down?

Grand Ams /prixs get loud for trunk cars amyways. But, doing it without folding the seats down is just hard in general.

Im just not a big fan of folding the seats down..but for that deep bass that you can feel, it's not really possible with one 12 with the seats up?

I have a 12" Q in my grand prix and I love it definetly a great sub, and you can always find one in the classifieds here thats where I got mine.

Im think that Fi makes the icons for SSA, so quality will be top notch on either sub.

Fi is the OEM for the Icons so the quality between the Icon and the Q will be the same, different specs but same quality.

Oh, I wasnt aware that fi makes the ssd...as far as output what differences are there? I know the fi has an xmax of 27 and the ssd has 20.5, which would be better for a sealed box?

Its is, My seats DONT fold down, and I have a DC lvl 4 on a old MTX 1501D and you can deffinatly feel the lows. I am still amazed how loud it is for a single 12" setup.
