Well if I get a dual 1, then I will only be able to burp and .25. If I get dual 4 I will only be able to burp at 1 if I even get into it.

Dual 1s you could series ur subs and run at 1ohm....than burp at .25

Check all ur connections again for power and ground....my next door neighbor Fawd06 ran one 40.1 @.7 on stock alt and one G31....DAILY.....its gotta be install with urs.......Good Luck man....kept ur batts charged...at least once a week itlll make a good bit a diff with their resting voltage

you had the equivalance of a stock alternator with stock wiring. therefore, there is essentially no more power going to your batteries then as if you were stock, and therefore, after one bass hit, the batteries are sucked dry, and your amp wants more then it can have

on top of that, you had it wired to 0.5 ohms, which is going to want to annihalate your electrical system, naturally. you may have possibly even been below that ohm load, but im not sure how you wired up yoru subs the second time though

so, essentially to keep it simple, you were putting stock amount of charging power to batteries on a huge *** amp running at a very low ohm load.

that is not true. when i had 2 kinetik batteries and a stock alternator my voltage would not fluctuate much. turned up i might of been at 12.5 volts and fluctuate no more than +- .4 volts. this was with 4 bxi2607d's at 2 ohm a piece.

Yeh and i had my 500.1 at .5ohm....and it went to 11.4 at lowest full tilt
