You mean overrated. The most he'll see out of that amp is about 1300wrms. If you're looking at IA, I'd just go with a couple Lethal Injection 15s.
i would but theres a little thing called money that i dont have right now thats why im JUST asking about these subs because its a good deal on both of them and i know the amp is underrated and everone told me they are by like 100-200rms so id be either seeing 1400wrms or probly like 1000-1100wrms and i think i would see a difference bettween 400rms i noticed a difference bettween 900rms and 1200rms

MAYBE, MAYBE you'd see .1-.3 db difference on a meter. But you wouldn't be able to tell a difference to the ear.

there the older ones 01 S 10 has for sale idk how old they are but i know there not the new ones there selling
nah i just looked up his thread and those are the newer ones. the originals from like 2002 were awesome. couldnt find a pic of them but heres a link to the planet audio site. just push download and a pdf of the sub will come up those are the ones i was referring too.

Looks like OP made up his mind long before making his post, that he is not getting the IAs...
idk im leaning more to the 10s because ill get more power out of my amp and im not really concerned about noticing the diff by ear but by meter

also idk if INCRIMINATOR is going to be able to find me a 3rd one so my only option might be the 10s....oh yea other than the 2 12" pioneers that AUDIOBAHNUSER18 has

weeeeeeell excuse me for using basic math i dont know all the tecnical math IMO i belive 4 10s would be louder than 3 12s when the 10s have more power and IMO more is always better
First off, it IS basic math. You were looking for the area of a circle = pi*radius*radius. Secondly, the 12s should be louder than the 10s since you have more surface area and more displacement of air. It might look "cooler" to have 4 woofers instead of 3, but it's purely a judgment call on your side. Either will work well and get unnecessarily loud in a muscle car. You should be focused on the engine not the stereo FYI.
