Sounds like you don't follow directions very well to me. Just do whatever they tell you to do and if you're not sure of something just ask like you do here. You could've avoided some of the things you complained about if you just would've asked about it first. At the end of the day it's their store and they can run it however they want and do as they please. You work FOR them not WITH them. There's a big difference. That's just my 2 cents.
