Soundstream Rubicon 1600d they are selling this for 200.00 what do you guys think also do you guys think the woofers are just to small for the amplifier

Id grab one up for that price and power/specs, if i needed a fairly decent sub amp, Alpine makes very nice SQ amps though.Try to tune that amp in,man.You have a Pre amp EQ??

well I really wanted try out an SSA, DC or skar, or some of the great brands you guys have access to in the US, shipping costs were like $300 for a sub. But being in australia all I have access too are the mass manufactured brands. From what I had access too soundstream was my best option.

Most cheaper subs sound like crap unless you keep them in their safe zone. I wouldn't blame the amp at all.

well definitely not here, I have checked online but all of them seem to be in the us, and any decent sub weighs a fair amount so I'd still be paying a fair amount for postage. So yeah, soundstream may be crap compared to what you guys can get, but it's the best I can get here unfortunately...

Dude ur rediculous look at the cost of the kicker amp (probably 100 or 200 more than the alpine) there is a reason quit being a sally.
