I want shallow mount subs! Help

Dont want to pay for the JL's and tired of searching and or hearing about if and when they will make the SI's shallow sub, advice, wait or pay for the JL's but that means I need new amp b/c they are 3 ohms, or some one has better subs?

GAHHH didnt know they were 3 ohms..... I too am waiting on the JLs but in the meantime I have a Kicker 12 CVT and so far not soo bad.... not as clean as the JLs should be as they are know for nice clean bass.... I have to find out for sure that they are 3 ohms... and if my amp will run one well enough...

Yeah it seems like JL knew what they were doing, (I know that other amps also can go 1 ohm stable) since they offer an amp that puts out full rms at 1.5 - 4 ohms, 2 13.5 at mono is 1.5! I wanted to use my old PG amp, but not 1 ohm stable

get some crappy pioneer shallow mount woofers if you don't wana pay a lot

Mb Quart shallow mount subs can be had for $80 new on ebay.

Im willing to pay, but want to do 3, and thats about $1600, I know there are some decent subs out there that cost a lot less, whats up with the SI subs I been hearing all about

you dont have to buy JL woofers. they were not the first people ever to invent shallow woofers,

there are so many other options, with a lower price that will sound great.

Yeah your right, I dont have to do the JL, ill just keep lookin, lookin to do three at around 1200RMS, or I guess I will wait for Stereo Integrity

Forget the Kickers, they ****. Look at the MB Quarts those things wang for a shallow sub. JL are not worth the price point. Pioneers sound like a+s like the kickers. Audiopipes are not worth the price. REs are nice, but I would still say look at the MBs they impress me everytime.
