I wanna do 150db with 1 or 2 10s

well he aint going to get big #s on 1 10 with lows unless its walled or he knows something crazy as hell. I know you can hit big #s with lows but u have to have tons of power and most the time a wall. I would love to hear 1 10 hit a 150 at like 35hz

WE ARE GIVING YOU INFO. We are telling you its almost impossible and you don't want to hear that. We are telling you you'll need more power and more subs, especially if you are gonna be tuned low. or at least wall off part of the wagon to cut off all that airspace you'd need to pressurize. Also it would probably be best to put the subs all the way back facing the cabin for the best numbers if you didn't wall off part of the back.

i got what your saying.. what do you reccomend for 3-5k watts, that will get low and loud and under 30in combined.. i like doinf SPL but i dont wanna go against my homie and his six 12s.. we roll in as a car club and collect trophies.. not battle each other for them

lows dont hit the big dbs highs do tune the box high and you will get a 150

i know how the high tuning/#s and Low tuning?flex works.. i was wanting somthing with the best of both.. an impressive daily system to showoff and compete with..

that's small, stetsom or soundigital comes to mind, or mmats.

as for 10's, 2 solo-x 10's or hdc3's would be my recommendation, unless you can get your hands on 2 apx10's

I am really no help to you here but...
local guy has a single 10" pioneer from walmart and a 600W pioneer amp from walmart and was doing close to 147's at my last comp. box was just a small ported deal... fukkin CRX's...

i know it is, just very difficult.. i know its all in the install..

im wonderin if i could tune around 36hz and pickup lows and keep decent numbers with the 95 or the hdc3.. i know they like hi tuning

not necessarily.. I am pretty flat from 26-38hz..

yeah i am a huge stetsom fan.. and hdc3's are lookin like my best choice.. what kinda numbers are they doin on 3-5k?

o you can wall your daily driver my buddy just did it in his 1500 ext cab with 4 15 FI BL hybrids with a DD Z2LV powering them

Thats 1 hell of a daily driver

1 or 2 10s.. and it can be done without a wall.. like i said man i have seen 2 2512s on 2000 do a 48 and 1 15 on 2500-300 do a 149.. both in subs up/port back boxes

i can but i choose not to do that to my everyday ride

.. my friends car on pg1 is his daily driver.. i find that going overboard

It can be done Brandon Dunn from Evanville ,IN can do a 150+ @ the head with 2 10's out the trunk without fuses. he has a gold chevy cavilier with 2 10 Crossfire xs 10's and a Cadence 9000D

well if you can do 2 9510 and give them full power i think you might get dam close to a 150...if anything can you build a box with a interchangeable port so you can have your lows for daily and highs for comps

im lookin at 4-500 a pair of 10s not price each lol.. i cant possible budget 2 9510Gs.. and the hdc3s will hold near the same wattage for burps, correct?

have there been any drop in tests where the 9510 completely blew the hdc away?

also, thats very smart about mentioning the interchangable ports.. maybe port plug? or quick change aero design

the hdc motor is inbettween the 3500 and 9500 my buddy just bought some AQ hdc3 15s and there is alot different between my 9515G and that sub you can tell the Aq is a little cheaper made but i know that TEAM DOA loves them some AQ they are putting up big #s with AQ
