i think my shit is gonna get stolen

mom says theirs kids stopping in front of our house lookin at my car, about 3 times. i just showed my neighbors my system, because what are you gonna do when they come walking up to your car asking what you got in your trunk. my neighbors are bad people, but we always try to stay on their good side. anyways, i was wondering if i can get insurance on my car audio shit and how much will it be extra per month and how much will the insurance company give me if it gets stolen. also, any recommendations on an alarm?
Shouldn't be advertising without an alarm in. What is your address?

oh and log in password too

ill see if i can get a friend to help me take my system out tonight, and ill go shoppin for an alarm tomorrow. id rather buy an alarm online though cuz it'd be the cheapest. i was thinkin that viper alarm that has the pager system and what not.

say you have 2-12" volfenhag subs that 2000 w max a pair if someone asks you or say you have pyramids if someone asks. But definately take your subs out and get a couple of cheap pyramids just incase someone you know wants to see them.

Bolt your box to the bottom trunk wall. Also take out all your subs, go to a hardware store and buy 5-8 different type of screw heads and make some kind of randon pattern when you re-drill your subs in the box. Now make a diagram of which screws you put where on a sheet of paper. Next by yourself some caulk.....preferably black if you can find it and spread it in the screw holes so nobody could till which screw is which.
If you know it's going to happen.........make it hard for those cocks. Even if they use a power drill they will have to keep changing bits for the drill which takes time and makes noise!!!!! Also if you can find them you can get a type of locking hex screw. What it is is a regular hex screw which has a pin in the middle of it. On the "key" there is a hole where the pin slides into when you go to screw in or screw out your sub. With out this special key I presonally guarante you will not be able to remove these screws.

Anymore questions PM me

Do this.

Also, I would highly recommend taking your system out for at least a month. Once you put it back in, do not play your system within 5 miles from your home. Seriously. People follow you, can findout where you live, recognize your car, etc. I would live by the freeway exit rule(pending on where you live)- the rule being once you get off the freeway, turn the system off, that way you are sure to not have anyone follow you/know your car.

It is always, always better safe than sorry.

Turn your amps/subs off and ride around your neighborhood blasting your highs. Make sure the kids see you. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

I'm not sure if you were kidding or not, but that seems like a really good idea. If you were actually being serious, do you think you could put some links on here where I could the equipment to do that?
