I think my boy amp is playing tricks wit us

ok here is the situation hehas 2 dual voice coils wired to 1 ohm at first it was working fine wit a 1 ohm stable amp then it shut off check all fuses they are good to go. when u bridge the power to the remote on the amp every thing works fine but not as a regular setup. so we thought it just didn't like 1 ohm so we wired it to 4 ohms and still the same problem. we are lost on this please help quick
