i sorta got screwed by profile

hey guys

as stated i got screwed by profile in buying a refurbed amp from um. the gain knob was half way broken (didnt adjust from about 0 to 40% of the dial, if that makes sense) but anyways im sending it back and i dunno if i should go with

it didn't turn?? like the knob won't move, or there's no difference in sound when you turn it??i just got my 200sx refurb in and it looks brand new.....

no it turned but the output on the speaker terminals it controlled didnt go up or down from 21.6 till i got past 40%

and it isnt my test tones cuz i used 2 diff ones and no diff

it could be cuz im using y splitts right

no idea on the splits, just hooked up my gf's ba400 and its fine, so u must of gotten a dud, i'd piss on it and send it back to them.........sorry to hear that though, must be frustrating......
