I need speakers! Help me pick some out

Ok well I have an alpine f200 amp

It does 2 x 100 RMS at 4 ohm

or 4 x 40 RMS at 4 ohm

I have a kicker CVR sub running at 400 watts in a ported box and a JVC HDR1 Head unit.

I am trying to decide on some speakers now. I know I want comps for the front but am still undecided on whether or not to disconnect the rears and run 100 watts to two front speakers or run 40 watts to the front comps and 40 to some rear mids, what do you think I should do here?

I was looking at speakers and was leaning towards some rainbow comps but they are to expensive I decided. I would like to stay at around 100-200 dollars for the front comps and around 100 for the rear mids if I decide to get them. What kind of speakers do you think I should get?

They were normally sold on Ebay for about $90. But I guess the price went up. You can buy them here for pretty cheap

They look nice. Think I should just get two of them and give them 100 watts each or get those and some rear mids
