i need some help!

ok i have a custom built sealed box that has .68 cubic feet of air space. i need a sub that will work the best in that box, or some ideas. please help

JL 10w1v2 is what you're looking for, recommends a .625 cuft sealed enclosure so with driver displacement, you're pretty close. I think this should be pretty much what you're looking at http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_subs.php?series_id=15

Also, you could check out the Resonant Engineering RE 8, I hear it's an awesome 8 inch sub, and they go for about $70-$80 on ebay and would work very well in that enclosure.

i have the rockford p800.2 so i need a pretty good sub, some are telling me the type r 12's i dont know?

It only takes 4 months to come in... also, a type r is an awful sub sealed, not to mention that is much too small of an enclosure for a type r, so that's not an option.

i disagree with you......the type r's are great subs. also they only need .70 to 1.00 cubic feet of air space. and i need a sub thats close to .68 so i dont know were you get your facts, but i do respect your opinion
