i need help

hey i have a interfire 300.2 amp.and im redoing my system.

im using the amp for my 2 front speakers.the amp has sat in my garage for 6 months.

so i have everything hooked up turn on system and the amp goes in protect mode.

the right ch seems to work fine but when plug in my speakers in the left side in get 1 second of sound from left side and protection mode kicks in.

i have tryed all 4 of my speakers in the left side and they all put it in protection mode.

what seems to be the problem? the right side seems to work fine but the left doesnt.

please help im lost on this

maybe a bad set of RCA's...have you tried swapping the rca's from left to right?

yes i have swaped every wire rca and speaker wire whats weird is that i run the right side pull my 2 speaker wires and put them in the left side and it goes into protection mode instantly.is it a bad amp or a bad installer (me)
