i need help with getting an amp

the only problem is that my budget for a system is $600. im not sure if thats good or not but i dont wanna blow all of my money on just that. i want to know if these brands are worth buying and i just talking about for an amp. the brands are: kicker, visonik, ma audio, alpine, boss, and hifonics. im probably only gonna spend $200 on an amp and since i have no clue as to what im buying, i need help knowing what to get. thanks.
