I need help with a second battery

I am looking to get a second battery I want to keep me stock battery and my stock alternator. So I was looking to get either the xs power xp750 or the nvx xhc600. I have lights dimming so will this help me. My amp is pushing about 1200 watts rms.

i had no dimming on 1500rms, but i had big three, and runs of 2/0. might want to try the big three first. Do you know how many amps that stock alt is?

Not sure but it's a pretty beefy alternator

first just run a second battery to the trunk, and run your system off the second battery. if it continues to dim, upgrade the alt.
