How would you go about...

creating new interior for a vehicle that has it all ripped out? Fiberglass everything? I've never fiberglassed but got a project truck cheap and figure I might as well try and make it look as best as possible now.

yea, glass with wood framing. i would assume 200 hours of effort + upholstery

Today I have ripped out the floor/carpet. I sound deadened the floor, put down a layer of closed cell foam and new carpet. Ripped everything else out, getting some wood put in to fiberglass. I gotta do this around school and work so it'll be a long while. Feel like I should do something crazy since I have to fiberglass it all anyway.
