I need help deciding on an Amp

they really only take what your giving them now ,not much more .i'd leave it alone

The thing is that my amp isn't working properly so I need to buy a new one and eventually get new subs too.

I bought a 7" touch screen dvd player last night and I want to have a new amp to install at the same time.

You already have 250 watt amp so I doubt that iffy 400 watt rated boss amp would make a noticeable difference. Basically the amp you have is better than that.

I wouldn't get a bigger amp unless you get bigger subs too... Those can't handle much

Dont buy BOSS.. Or power acustic or pyle or pyramid.

I would stay away from the boss amp. If you just search the classifieds on here you can find alot of suitable amps, but just as several others have told you i doubt your jls can take anymore power than you are already giving them.

Lol guys, I said that my JL Amp doesnt work properly so I still need to get a new one and stay below $150.

There is a guy in town that has a never installed kenwood 500 watt 2 channel amp for $100

Is that a good price?
