I need help choosing a 10"

The mentioned SSD and 187 are great choices as they fit under the budget. But having a clean sound has more to do with the install. Did you have any specific goals? If not, pick one of the drivers and build to suggested specs and go from there.

My goal is to have a really good sounding sub. It is going to be in the back of my C5 Corvette Coup (Hatch). The sub will be about 2 feet behind the driver and passanger seat. I think it would be loud enough in a sealed box but if not I will make a ported one. The SSD is looking like the best sub...I hope my amp will be enough for it. Thanks for all the help!
