Alright, here's what I came up with..
This will come to .72 cubes (before sub displacement), 33Hz, with 18.75 sq inches of port area..

And in this sketch up the top isnt on...so there would just be a .75" sheet ontop of it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
