I need help asap

Hello all. Well to start it off i ripped the ruber thats around the dust cap while doing a dyi, well i was using my drill to drill in the screws my hand slipped some how and ended out poking a hole threw the rubber, i pulled the rubber out with my pinky and it fits perfect like a puzzle can i use any glue to repair this? also while i poked into the rubber the dust cap got cracked a little but it do not go threw to the other side is this ok or should i be going back to the store to purchase another pair of speakers this sucks so bad i just bought them yesterday
