i just ordered two 12 inch mtx 9500's dvc 4 ohm and a re audio xtx 5000.1 amplifier. i also have a 0 gauge amplifier wiring kit and i got the 0 gauge big three upgrade kit along with a new yellow top optima battery. i am low on budget and need to know if i can keep the stock 105 amp alternator and run a second battery in my trunk(kinetik HC800). ill be running about 2700w rms at 1 ohm

You should be ok with that but you may need a bigger trunk batt... What sort of wire did you buy?

a yellow optima bettery under the hood and a kinetik HC800 wont be good enough?? i bought my big 3 upgrade 0 gauge wire from knukonceptz i bought ten feet of it, and i got the kicker 0 gauge dual amplifier wiring kit

Ok your wire is fine... The yellow top up front is fine but the HC800 is almost the smallest one they make... I was running a 105AH batt to run 2000 in the trunk...

so which battery would you recommend? my budget is 200. and would i have to run a isolator? and i dont know how to set up two batteries

In terms of Isolaters, that is up to you. If you plan on running your stereo much with your car shut off, then i would def get it, that way your starting battery doesn't die all the time. It will help with overall battery life too. In terms of dual battery wiring, i would take a look at this: Dual Battery Wiring Tutorial It doesn't take into account an isolater, but the part about the ground wire between the batteries and the fuses is important.
