I may have changed my mind about TC Sounds customer service.

Without going thru the whole thing again...i had a bad experience the first and only time i dealt with TC Sounds. I basically received a blown sub and then when it was returned, i was accused over gross overpowering it which never happened. Anyways, i received this PM today and would like to applaud TC Sounds for trying to make it right by me. I will however, not take them up on their offer for personal reasons. But bravo to them anyways.
