well, they total it then pay you. you then have to buy it back from them and then repair it. do you know how much they want for the buyback?

my gf's aunt got into an accident last week, the girl who caused the accident totaled her 05 deville. Her insurance didn't even pay for her car, just gave her a 2k inconvience fee, ain't that some bullshit.
