its been a good year on lake mondota in madison, wi.

So far I have caught 1 - 40" and 1 - 33" northern and more 3-5 pound large mouth then I can count.

Last night me and my buddy caught 2 40's and the 33 I listed. the hunt is on!

Last week I caught my 40" and my buddy got two hooks buried in his hand when he was trying to get the hooks out when the fish was in the boat (bad idea). Dude still managed to pull the last hooks out of the fish with the two stuck in his hand... wtf!.

Since then we got a musky net and its been a lot less scary bringing one of these monsters in. lol

my heart was going a million mph. this was the biggest fish I have caught to date.
