I have some decesions to make help please

Ok so idk what to do I have 2 12" RF's in my Firebird i made the box and hooked it all up myself it sounds pretty good but i got a 1200 watt amp running on the 200rms subs they can handle it somehow but they dont change tones once my HU is past 50 volume so idk what to get. I really want to put 2 12 solo x's but they r so expensive does anyone know what would do very good for me for the money compareable to solo x? And i plan on gettin a new amp too so power doesnt matter.

where in tampa are you at??? and also i guess youre looking for pure loudness so id look at either BTLs, MTs, or something along those lines...whats ur budget lookin like and what amp you going to be getting?

im in brandon near tampa its just general. But well i got eminence already gonna put a 400watt amp on them which they are already loud i just want it to hit hard as possible for my money cuz mine do the job but not as much as i wish they would. And idk money isnt too big of a deal im not in a hurry i got like 800 right now but ill have more next week wen i get paid and ill sell my subs and my other amp.

well then **** yeh get some 12 BTLs or a 12 BTL cause idk how much room there is in a firebird or how much room you wanna use...send like 3k rms to each

I say piss on the BTL, put 2000-3000w RMS on a DD 9515 in a ported enclosure and make a BTL look bad

BTL is a good sub though, you wouldnt be unhappy with it

First thing you need to do is find out how much room you have, because even if you have an INCREDIBLE sub and amp, if your box is too small or shitty then it wont matter

yea i know subthump.com they got the boxes there im just gonna glass a box back there and fill up all the space where the t-tops would go. Im thinkin about puttin a 10" on the drivers side as a stealth box too...making all this myself. But yea im not sure how much the volume is back there im gonna have to measure and figure out sometime soon.

I think the btl's have too much power lol. I mean idk what amp would even run those.
