The department in question is where I work. HIED (Housing Investigations and Enforcement Department). Everyone in our office works off of my research and the ties I make through the complaint line, media reports and police data provided by the Cincinnati PD.

you shouldnt be surprised. some people just think they are special and deserve everything even though they really dont deserve what they are already getting from free.
