I have an amp, will either of these setups work?

Hey guys, been a while since my last post but I'm in the process of adding a 10" subwoofer to my 2004 F150 SuperCrew. I have it narrowed down to either a Pioneer TS-W254R (4 Ohm SVC, 250 watt RMS) or a Rockford Fosgate R2D4-10 (4 Ohm DVC, 250 watt RMS) The amp I'm using is (unfortunatly) a Boss Audo R1100M (1100 watts max @ 2 ohms, 250 watts 4 Ohms). Normally I wouldn't use this amp, but I got it as a gift for free so I might as well use it. Which sub would benefit more off of this amp? Keep in mind that both subs have an RMS of 250 watts so I don't want to overpower either. Thanks!

I would use the rf wired to two ohms.that being said no sub or any speaker for that matter will benefit from that amp
If you don't mind me asking, what makes this amp so bad? Most of the reviews I've seen for it have actually been pretty positive, and I know it won't put out 1100 watts, or probably even close, but if I have the RF wired to 2 ohms wouldn't it supply more then enough power?

I don't think that amp will put out 250 at 4 ohms that's why I suggested going 2 ohms.then you might get some power out of it.as far as the brand itself its not that great.I don't know where the positive reviews are but in this case the price was right so hook it up and see what happens.
