lets say your white... and you shot a black dude, and the judge is black... or ur black, and shot a white dude, and theres a white judge... u still have the same answer? mix it up a lil bit.. NO, its not gonna be "make my day law" in effect

might be easier to get away with it...but its a federal law, not a state law

the make my day law is a state law. Started in Oklahoma. The law basicly states that if you feel your life is in danger, you have the right to use lethal force to defend yourself.
