Let me ask you something. Were you convicted of the DUI before they took your car? Seems to me if you had your day in court and was found not guilty, someone owes you a new car.

Everyone on here should be against the police taking your property for anything.

Personally if it was me I would find the car and torch it, before they sell it. Then I would call the tow truck company on a daily basis and send their drivers to calls that dont exist. Its time we tell these tow companies to quit acting like crooks.
