here is a dry assemble showing line.

It's a tapered tline not a horn. I was a little worried with how the cone would react with double rms in a box with no chamber. After break in I'll have more of an understanding how it will react and I can change the line/taper to adjust to get more output out. I don't really like modeling I would rather do it trial and error. At 35-40 a sheet it's not really that much of an expense to do 5-10 boxes. Now the fact I got wood glue in my $60 shirt, that pisses me off.

I figured I would see if I could do a 150 behind 3rd row with some low line boner subs. You know since I had to remove my McIntosh and custom sub out of my F1 Mclaren. I just need to Find a Sante Fe to install this in. I guess your financial worth is directly tied what equipment you run.

yes, it is certainly not a horn design...but the bottom of the box has such a large expanse and the port mouth is where all of the force of those 12's will be concentrated....bracing will strengthen this area lengthwise. I understand it is not as critical as in a TH design, but this factor does come into play.

I do not know you personally and I may be wrong and I hope I am but judging by your past posts you seem to have been a ******** who thinks they are better than others. I thought Wenn was some rich douche that was a car audio god. I remember he claimed that he did a 150 something with a modified horn enclosure @ like 20 hz or something. Also, I thought he had all these great cars. Why is he getting rid of his 10" Type R's and installing SA-10's in a Santa Fe that it looks like a bird **** on the back seat. I figured he would have had McIntosh custom build a sub for him for his McClaren F1

Oh ok I read that wrong then, I havn't noticed anything yet. I am using 12 ply wood instead of mdf though. I will be trying to break my subs and enclosure over the next couple of weeks to see where the weak spot is.

It's a durango, and it's not my only car. It's what I use to mess around with. I have had this suv for a long time now and know how to implement things. I also do have a huge attitude and not going to try and be nice. I can't stand people who try to act like they are different then they really are just to fit in or have people like them.

Also I did 147 on music with the 10's with response down well under 20hz. Never once did I say I did 150 at 20hz, well I never seriously said that, I may have said it as a joke I can't remember.
