1100 watts RMS x 1 chan. @ 2 Ohms

1600 watts RMS x 1 chan. @ 1 Ohm

I was looking to get two 12'' Type R's or one 12'' Type X for the AMP to power these but I'm just wondering if there's any other subs out there that would match the power of the AMP? Preferably at either 2 Ohms or 1 Ohm.

just checked again, it is the Hifonics Brutus BXi1606D. Lol

Now what would be good to use with this amp? Would a Type X and one Type R be good to use?

I just want the maximum capability of the amp/subs lol.

Maybe I'm just speaking for myself, but I have a feeling this would be the general thought of most. One thing I'd never suggest is using two different subs. You'd ideally want a matched pair that could handle the power you're supplying. Otherwise you're probably going to need different box sizes for each, and each sub would have its own "personality", sounding different than the other.
